Current availability
This website provides account access and credit-based video generation. Account registration, sign-in and video generation are available. A video credit is required to submit a job. Checkout is not yet open. Selecting a portrait locally does not upload it. The descriptions of accounts, purchases and generation below apply when those features are made available; these policies do not make an unavailable feature available.
Service
Catrina AI provides portrait-based AI video generation. Selecting a photo previews it locally; submitting a generation uploads it and reserves one video credit. Packages are paid through Waffo checkout. Video credits are service entitlements, not cash balances.
What the generator is designed to do
One portrait and a fixed prompt guide a newly generated 10-second portrait transformation. This is a recreation of a similar scene, not direct face replacement in the supplied footage. Generated audio is removed and the supplied track is added during finishing. Identity resemblance, background details, hands, movement and lip movements can vary. Exact matches and a fixed generation time are not promised.
Uploads and acceptable use
Only submit images you are permitted to upload and transform, with appropriate permission from the person depicted. Do not use the service for deception, harassment, non-consensual sexual imagery, fraud or infringement. Do not misrepresent an AI output as an authentic performance or endorsement by another person.
Violations and enforcement
You must comply with these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. Depending on the nature and seriousness of a suspected violation, we may issue a warning, restrict access to affected features, suspend or close an account, or remove or restrict access to content under our control. We may take proportionate temporary measures while reviewing a report or investigating an immediate safety concern. These measures may be applied manually; they are not a promise of automated detection or enforcement.
You may contact zoumouou@gmail.com to explain the circumstances or request a review. Do not send passwords, complete payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents. This section does not provide for automatic forfeiture of purchased credits, change the Refund Policy, or limit rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where law requires additional notice or an opportunity to respond, those requirements apply. These Terms do not authorize use of a product feature that is currently unavailable.
Support and appeals
Contact zoumouou@gmail.com with questions, reports or appeals. Ordinary requests are acknowledged within 2 business days, with an initial investigation within 5 business days and updates at least every 5 business days while unresolved. Appeals are acknowledged within 2 business days and initially reviewed within 5 business days. Business days are Monday–Friday in America/Los_Angeles. Credible child-safety concerns or imminent threats receive priority: restrict service-controlled access within 24 hours of receipt when actionable, with initial investigation within 48 hours. This is not a continuously staffed service. These timelines do not replace statutory rights or set bank refund-processing times.
Underlying model
The generation pipeline is configured to use Seedance 2, accessed through Kie.ai, with one portrait and a fixed prompt. The configured target is a 10-second, 480p, 9:16 portrait video. No reference video is submitted to the generation API. Where configured, an audio reference may be supplied, and a separately supplied soundtrack is added during finishing. Naming these providers identifies the technology; it does not imply endorsement, affiliation, clearance of content rights or guaranteed results.

Accounts, works and sharing
Protect your account and do not share passwords or private download links. You remain responsible for permissions concerning your uploaded material and for how you use outputs. These terms do not grant rights to any performer, reference footage, soundtrack, trademark or other third-party material. An output is not a guarantee of copyright ownership, exclusivity or commercial clearance.
Packages and technical failures
Prices are $9.99 for one video credit or $19.99 for three, as one-time packages rather than subscriptions. For unused whole-order refund requests, duplicate charges, missing credits and technical issues, contact support and see the Refund Policy. Used or previously reserved credits require review. Approved whole-order refunds have no additional site refund fee; provider fees remain subject to confirmation, and bank settlement timing is not promised. Confirmed generation failures support credit restoration; unresolved submission, delivery and audio-processing issues require review rather than a blanket automatic refund. Restoring a credit is different from a monetary refund.
Privacy and consumer rights
See the Privacy notice for account information, local photo previews, service providers, cookies, analytics and data requests. Nothing in these terms or the Refund Policy excludes or limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
